I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I grew up on the border, which has shaped the way I move between cultures with ease and openness. I’ve had the joy of working in both Mexico and the United States, experiences that continue to enrich my perspective as a coach and as a person. Beyond my professional path, I’m also a mother and wife.

I hold a Master’s degree in Existential Therapy from CIREX Mexico, home of the Mexican Movement of Existential Analysis and Therapy, an institution with more than 22 years of history. CIREX is a pioneer in the field and is internationally recognized for its contributions to existential therapy and its advancement worldwide.
